Cross Spiral

Deal two jump wind and non-elemental attacks to one enemy, temporarily lower its wind resistance level by 1, and increase the damage of the user's wind abilities for one turn. The damage increase is boosted each time the ability is triggered (up to a large amount at rank 2). Lands immediately.
