Temporarily raise the elemental attack levels of all allies by 2, and if Reno or Rude is in the party, grant the user one stack of Rookie Ringer.

Three or more FF VII heroes active in the party

Temporarily raise the elemental attack levels of all allies by 3, and if Reno or Rude is in the party, grant the user one stack of Rookie Ringer.
