DMW 666

Cause each celerity ability used by the user to temporarily increase the critical hit chance of all allies (up to 100% at rank 5), and every second time the user triggers the DMW 666 follow-up ability, increase all allies' wind attack level by 1.

The DMW 666 trigger count resets if Come Get It! is triggered again, or when Sync Mode ends after a certain amount of time passes.
