Increase physical damage a small amount when a dagger is equipped.
High chance for enemies to drop 30% more gil when a dagger is equipped.
Moderate chance for thief abilities to trigger twice.
Moderate chance to reduce delay of the user's actions for one turn when a wind or poison ability triggers.
