Abilities like Gravity and Gravija deal damage proportional to targets' current HP. No need to panic, though. The damage dealt by these attacks is based on the targets' current HP, so I wouldn't advise restoring your HP before they land. Instead, heal up right after, so you won't be KO'd if the enemy uses a strong attack next. There are also attacks that deal damage proportional to targets' max HP. Because the damage scales based on your max HP, they can be devastatingly powerful. You'll need to stay on your toes. Figure out whether enemy attacks deal damage proportional to targets' current HP or max HP, so you can work out the best time to heal.
