Dr. Mog's Advice

The Boreal Coeurl blasts one of your heroes with the magic lightning attack Burst, which pierces Reflect and lowers their earth resistance, kupo, and it also strikes your whole party with the magic lightning attack Thundaga II, so use Shellga to help weather the damage. It also wields the single-target debuff attacks Chaotic Eye, which can sometimes Silence, and Blaster, which can sometimes Paralyze, so stay on your toes! When it gets low on HP, it begins lashing out with a single-target physical attack that it chains three times, so use Protectga. Although it resists break debuffs, you should still use Power Breakdown and Magic Breakdown to keep the damage in check, kupo. The Boreal Coeurl has a Slight Weakness to earth damage, so slam it with abilities like Stoneja. Luckily it has no resistance to Slow, meaning you can use Slowga to outpace it, kupo!
