Dr. Mog's Advice

The Boreal Coeurl blasts one of your heroes with the magic lightning attack Burst, which pierces Reflect and lowers their earth resistance, kupo, and it also strikes your whole party with the magic lightning attack Thundaga II, so use Shell and Magic Break to help weather the damage. It also wields the single-target debuff attacks Chaotic Eye, which can sometimes Silence, and Blaster, which can sometimes Paralyze, so stay on your toes! When it gets low on HP, it begins lashing out with a single-target physical attack that it chains three times, so use Protect and Power Break to keep the damage in check, kupo. The Boreal Coeurl is Vulnerable to earth damage, so slam it with abilities like Stonega. Luckily it has no resistance to Slow, meaning you can use that to outpace it, kupo!
