Garuda summons a pair of Razor Plumes three times during the fight, kupo! The Razor Plumes use Featherlance to deal magic wind damage to the entire party, then self-destruct to weaken the stone pillar! Garuda's Aerial Blast group magic wind attack grows more powerful as the stone pillar takes damage, kupo, so take down the Razor Plumes before they self-destruct! Garuda boasts an array of magic and physical attacks that hit the whole party, and even though she resists break debuffs, it still pays to use Power Break and Magic Break to lower her Attack and Magic. Buffs like Shell and Protect will also help shore up your defenses. Finish off Garuda to clinch the victory, kupo!
