Dr. Mog's Advice
When Seifer gets low on HP he uses Demon Slice, a devastating single-target attack, kupo, so bring along a healer to patch up your characters after they're hit! As if that wasn't enough, he has some strong magic too, so use buffs like Shell to lessen the damage. Luckily he's vulnerable to poison damage, so use poison abilities like Bio to get the upper hand, kupo!
