Dr. Mog's Advice
Wiegraf is accompanied by a Knight and a White Mage, kupo! Once you take down the Knight and White Mage, a Time Mage and Black Mage join the fray! Also be aware that each foe you're up against resists break debuffs. Wiegraf moves between the front and rear lines throughout the battle, kupo. While in the front line he attacks with the single-target ranged physical attack Judgment Blade that can Stop, and while in the rear he uses the single-target ranged physical attack Hallowed Bolt that can Silence, so time your attacks carefully and watch out for these debuffs. Wiegraf and the Knight both counter physical attacks, kupo! The Black Mage pelts the whole party with the magic fire attack Firaga, so use Magic Break to help weather the damage. The White Mage casts healing spells along with Wall, which grants Protect and Shell to the target, while the Time Mage can inflict Slow and Stop on your heroes, while buffing foes with Haste, so I recommend bringing abilities like Dispel to cope, kupo! None of the enemies you face are resistant to Slow, so use that to run rings around them!
