The General hits with two back-to-back physical attacks and uses the group magic poison ability Bio and the single-target magic dark ability Drain, so use Power Break and Magic Break, and also have Protect and Shell ready to keep that damage off, kupo! Here's a tip, though! He doesn't have resistance to Slow or Blind, so put those debuffs on him to get a leg up!
