You'll face the General's Tank and three Support Machines at the same time, kupo! They wield physical and magic attacks, so use abilities like Protectga and Shellga to shore up your defenses. The General's Tank uses abilities like 203mm Cannon, which deals ranged physical damage to three adjacent targets, ignoring Defense, kupo, so although it's resistant to break debuffs, use abilities like Power Breakdown to curb the damage you take. If you destroy all three Support Machines, the General's Tank will deploy more, kupo! Support Machines use the single-target magic non-elemental attack Stun Beam, so although they resist break debuffs, you should use abilities like Heathen Frolic Sarabande to help weather the damage. Be wary around those Support Machines, because they use Self-Destruct to deal damage based on their remaining HP to one of your heroes, kupo! Defeat the General's Tank to win the battle!
